Shipping


How long does shipping take? Depending on the type of shipping you choose will have an effect on the length of time your package arrives. For example, Economy shipping takes 5-8 business days, standard shipping is 3-4 business days, and express shipping takes 1-2 business days. 

Do we offer tracking for the orders? The tracking is offered with an email that contains the tracking link and number once the package is shipped.

Where do we ship? We ship all across the U.S., but we also have international shipping to Canada, U.K, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and certain Asian markets.

How long does fulfilling the order take? Fulfilling orders will take about 2 to 5 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? Yes, you can. However, when the order is in production you can't. Steps to cancel the order is: contact us immediately after the order has been placed, because the order will fulfill quickly. If the order has been fulfilled we cannot cancel it. Also, you cannot manually cancel your order. Make sure to contact us to cancel it. Same things apply for order changes as well.



Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? For starters, you have to submit a claim for a return within 30 days upon receiving the item. We need it to be in same condition and packaging it came in; as well as proof of purchase along with tags on the item.

How do I start a return or exchange? Contact us at primacynumber1@gmail.com. We will collaborate with you about said return or exchange.


Do I have to pay for return shipping? In the occasion of incorrect sizing or exchanges you will have to pay. If the product is defective or damaged we will replace it at no additional cost.

Can I exchange for a different size or color? Yes you can. Contact us and you can return the item you have, and pay for the new item you want.

Are sale or clearance items returnable? Yeah for sure. Just contact us and we will make it happen.

Sizing and Product info

How do I know which size to choose? We have standard sizing like small, medium, and large. If needed, it has measurements in inches and centimeters for certain parts of the item. For example: chest might be 36 inches for a small shirt.

Do your items run true the size? Yes, our items run true to there size. Just be sure to take into account what they are made of, or the style of clothing it is which may impact the size of it.

What materials are the clothes made out of? All the clothes have a breakdown of everything they are made of when selected on a particular item.

How should I wash and care for my items? You can wash and care for them how you normally would. Otherwise, here are some specific steps to keep the clothes in (perfect condition): Machine wash cold, inside out gentle cycle, mild detergent, no bleach or fabric softener, tumble dry low or hang dry, do not iron over the print, do not dry clean. If you dry clean your items the logos may slightly fade over time.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We offer 8 different credit card payment methods which you can access on a selected item. To access this, click "more payment options," now all the credit card options will be present. You can also pay through apple pay, shop pay, and PayPal which are shown when clicking "more payment options" as well.

Is my payment information secure? Your payment information is fully protected. Our store is powered by shopify which uses industry standard encryption, secure payment processing and PCI-complaint systems to keep your data safe. We never see or store your credit card details.

Account/Customer Support

Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can order whether you have one or not.

How do I contact customer support? What you can do is go to contact in the menu or email us at primacynumber1@gmail.com.

How can I update my shipping or billing information? To update your shipping address please contact us as soon as possible at primacynumber1@gmail.com. Orders begin to process quickly, and we can only change it when the order is unfulfilled. Unfortunately, after that we cannot. Secondly, the billing information cannot be changed at all after an order is placed.

Where are you based? We are in Southern California.

Are you a small business or a big retailer? As of now we are a small business.

What does your brand stand for? Whatever you put first is what primacy is. On the surface we all might have a lot of different desires, but deep down don't we all have that same (want). I don't know; maybe.., but what you have is good and that is what primacy is all about.
